During my stay at Hotel Lero, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. and the variety of breakfast options was quite satisfying. However, I found the pool a bit chilly and my shower leaked slightly, which could be improved.

My superior room was spacious and comfortable. the king-size bed offered a restful night's sleep. though the bathroom was a little small. The room's amenities, like robes and slippers, were a nice touch.

The hotel’s location was perfect, just a scenic 15-20 minute walk to Old Town. with convenient bus access right outside for when I wanted a quicker trip.

Breakfast offered a fantastic variety with quick replenishment. I enjoyed the choices, though a made-to-order station would have elevated the experience even further.

The pool area was clean, but a bit small. I appreciated the free towels provided and the staff's attentiveness at the pool bar.

5.8/10

Staying at Hotel Lero was quite enjoyable overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure my family's specific needs were met, especially considering my husband's sight issues and my daughter's gluten-free diet. However, I did notice some areas that could use improvement, particularly in the room's outdated facilities and noise levels from adjacent spaces. The food was generally good, with the breakfast buffet offering a great variety, though there were instances where the restaurant felt rushed during busy times. 😊

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, though some noise from the hallway was noticeable. The decor felt a bit dated, and there was a lack of adequate lighting in some areas.
Service
9.0
The service was a highlight of my stay, with staff like Ivona going above and beyond to assist us. They were friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed, enhancing our experience.
Location
8.0
The location was great for accessing the Old Town, just a 10-15 minute walk away and convenient with bus services nearby. However, it required a bit of uphill walking on the return, which could be a challenge.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast options were diverse and tasty, catering well to various dietary needs. I particularly appreciated the chef who advised my daughter on gluten-free options.
Facilities
7.0
While the hotel offered several nice amenities like a pool and piano bar, the pool area felt a bit small and often in shade. Some areas, including the rooms, could benefit from updates.

I had a good stay at Hotel Lero, appreciating its clean and modern facilities, as well as the friendly staff. However, the noise levels were sometimes disruptive, especially with maintenance work during my last days. The breakfast was diverse, but the pool fell short of expectations due to lack of sunlight.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and good amenities. I was thankful for the effective air conditioning, especially with Dubrovnik's heat. However, the bathroom's glass sliding door offered little privacy.
Service
7.0
The reception staff were generally friendly and helpful, providing quick assistance with my requests. However, interactions with bar staff felt a bit lacking in warmth, despite their efficiency.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is convenient, being a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town and close to bus stops. This made exploring Dubrovnik quite accessible. but the return walk could be a bit strenuous after a long day.
Dining
7.0
I greatly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive variety of options. However, I found the dinner menu to be somewhat bland in taste, lacking flavor in many dishes.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was clean but unfortunately didn't receive much sunshine throughout the day, rendering it less inviting. Free towels by the pool were a nice touch, yet the overall pool experience was disappointing.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Lero during my trip to Dubrovnik. The location was great, allowing easy access to both the Old Town and Lapad with a pleasant coastal walk or a quick bus ride. The staff were warm and accommodating, though I did experience a bit of an off moment with one manager. The breakfast buffet was diverse and satisfying, but I found the prices for drinks at dinner to be a bit steep. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and I'd gladly return.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious, modern, and clean with plenty of amenities. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary water and coffee facilities. However, the view wasn't lovely from my floor, and I noticed that noise from the patio could be an issue during busier times.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and attentive, eager to help with any requests. My experience was mostly positive, though I did encounter an unprofessional moment with a manager regarding breakfast service. Despite this, the overall housekeeping was excellent.
Location

Hotel Lero's location is ideal, being just a 20-minute walk to the Old Town down beautiful coastal paths. However, the uphill return could be challenging for some. Public transport options right outside the hotel made it easy to navigate the area.

Facilities

The hotel had well-maintained facilities, including a small pool area that was clean. The ambiance in the public spaces was comfortable, inviting relaxation after a day of exploring.

My stay at Hotel Lero was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, and the cleanliness of the facilities was commendable. However, I encountered noise issues from both the road and other guests, which interrupted my sleep. The food was plentiful but average, and some areas, like the pool, felt small and less inviting. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel, but there were some drawbacks. 😅

Rooms
6.0
I found my room comfortable but noisy—with sounds from the road and neighboring rooms making it hard to sleep. The amenities were decent, but some rooms had unpleasant chemical smells, which was a real concern.
Service
7.0
The service was generally efficient, with friendly interactions from most staff. However, I did encounter some staff who seemed overwhelmed during peak meal times and could have been more accommodating.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages, being close to the Old Town and public transport. It made exploring the area easy, even though the return journey uphill can be a bit of a workout! 🚶‍♂️
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the breakfast with a great variety, but the dinner buffet fell short in terms of variety and taste after a few nights. The staff in the dining area could also improve their hospitality.
Facilities
5.0
The pool was clean but quite small and didn’t get much sun. I appreciate the amenities available but felt that the spa area being under refurbishment affected the overall experience negatively.
